I love spring rolls.

Like looooove them.

But I don’t love losing precious vegetables to the dipping-sauce bowl. Thus, a dipping sauce you can put inside the spring roll.

This takes a lot of the mess out of the spring roll-eating process, so you can bring them everywhere you go.

I’m only partially joking.

Aaand…(isn’t this recipe awesome?) this dipping sauce is made to be eaten alone. So you don’t have to feel guilty sneaking spoonfuls of dipping sauce.

(No shame. I’ve done it.)Image

My spring roll was hummus, quinoa, carrots, avocado, mint and cilantro all wrapped up in a lettuce leaf.

Feel free to enjoy this recipe inside your spring rolls, outside your spring rolls, with veggies or with a spoon.

It’s delicious whatever which way you choose.
